OUR PURPOSE

A global community.
An open invitation.

TELIC makes international scholarly exchange accessible to everyone interested in language learning and technology.

Why TELIC exists

Founded in 2023 by Dr. Amin Davoodi, the Technology-Enhanced Language Learning International Conference brings researchers, educators, teacher educators, students, and practitioners together to share research and ideas.

Participation should not depend on conference fees, travel funding, or visa access. TELIC is entirely free for both presenters and participants, open-access, and fully virtual.

After three editions hosted by the University of Texas Permian Basin, TELIC begins a new chapter in 2026 at the University of Wyoming. More than 65 countries were represented among participants in 2025.
